Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
After a refund the subscription is cancelled, the licence key is deactivated and the account returns to the Free plan.
Monthly renewals after the first 14 days are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
